Origin & Specifics

Jade Spring comes from the mountainous regions of Guizhou, China, harvested in early spring when the first tender buds appear. The slender leaves resemble small sparrow tongues, a classic style of delicate Chinese green tea.

Brewing Method

Use 70–80°C water.

Steep 3 g per 200 ml for 1–2 minutes.

This tea can be infused several times.
